Only 2 hours ferry trip from Sweden and 6 hours from Finland, its easy to access Åland, this friendly Swedish-speaking island with its beautiful arkipelago.

The apartments will have an open floor plan with kitchen and living room in combination and option one or two bedrooms with private bathrooms. All apartments have a sauna with sea-view and a jacuzzi on the terrace. 

Havsvidden resort offers private guests and groups; accommodation, restaurant, bar, lounge, gym, pool with sauna and jacuzzi. During the summer, the guest harbor is open and in the marina there is a café that sell refreshments. The apartment owner, have unlimited access to all the services on the premises.

For the passionate golfer, Åland has three 18 hole golf courses about 30-40 minutes drive away from the resort

 

GUARANTEE INCOME FOR APARTMENT OWNERS
The apartments will be rented out to guests through the resort and therefore guarantee an income to the owners.

All other services for, for example, cleaning, laundry and bedding are in place, which makes this a worry-free ownership. Just put the key in the door, the apartment is clean and the jacuzzi warm, just for you to enjoy!

Price starts at €190,000 with a monthly fee of €120 for a one-bedroom apartment. Financing is provided by Ålandsbanken AB
